3. Hardening process. This is the most critical production process, and there are two factors that are likely to cause quality problems. One is that the temperature difference of the curing oven or firing kiln is too large. The second is the improper way to install the furnace. The temperature difference between the hardening furnace and kiln is too large. As a result, the hardening of the resin wheel deviates from the set hardening specification (hardening curve). The solidification (hardening) quality of the grinding wheel cannot be fully guaranteed.
4. Processing procedure. (Mainly large diameter and high thickness resin grinding wheels.) Resin grinding wheels are especially large diameter and high thickness. Or grinding wheels that require tight dimensional tolerances are machined after hardening. In order to ensure the geometric size and shape tolerance of the grinding wheel.
