2. Do not contact with corrosive gases and liquids, especially resin bonded diamond abrasive discs. Contact with corrosive chemicals will change the performance of the resin.
3. Due to the influence of resin aging, the storage life of the grinding wheel should not exceed one year, otherwise, its normal use will be affected. If it must be used, relevant safety inspection must be carried out again.
4. When the grinding wheel is not in use, the coolant shall be washed away immediately to keep the surface of the grinding wheel clean and prevent the oil coolant from penetrating into the grinding wheel, which may cause the imbalance of the grinding wheel when it is used again.
5. The grinding wheel shall be stored at room temperature as far as possible to avoid contact with high or low temperature.
What are the different characteristics between resin grinding wheel and ceramic grinding wheel?
