Recently, we launched a super durable grinding wheel, today we will test it for you.Here are 2 types of abrasive wheel with different properties, the normal type and the super type,both are 7 inch.The one on the left is our normal type, which adopts the double-net process, which effectively reduces the resistance to wear and improves the sharpness of the abrasive wheel,It is a very cost-effective one.The one on the right is the 5 times wear-resistant grinding wheel specially made by our Dome Abrasive. According to the needs of many customers, we have produced this S-grade grinding wheel disc under the premise of slightly reducing the sharpness, which is durable for the pursuit of grinding wheel discs. For European and American customers with high degree and efficiency, this type of grinding wheel can effectively reduce costs and increase the work grinding ratio.
First, we can see that our testers are measuring the actual thickness of the grinding wheel. The purpose of measuring the thickness around the abrasive wheel so many times is to check whether the thickness of the grinding wheel is uniform after forming. This is our first procedure for testing the grinding wheel. Today, in order to display the data more accurately, we use the same A3 grade steel material to polish and compare.
Before cutting, we first weigh our sanding materials. You can see that the weight of the material before sanding is 28073 grams. We will use each kind of sanding pad to sand this material for 10 minutes, according to the consumption of the abrasive wheel and the sanding material. Consumption to calculate our grinding ratio. After the tester fixed the workpiece on the workbench, the first thing that went on the field was our first conventional abrasive wheel. His initial weight was 383 grams. The tester started to test according to the stopwatch. After 10 minutes of testing, we can see that the conventional wheel disc weighs 350.5 grams and there are 27676 grams of raw material left. Grinding ratio = raw material consumption weight (28073-27676=397)/(383-350.5=32.5)=12.2.
